The 500 & Tera Series Remote Backup Appliances include an initial one-year maintenance package. Initial & extended maintenance packages provide the following benefits during coverage period:
- Ongoing software updates/patches - Access to software enhancements and fixes as they become available.
- Continued hardware coverage - Hardware warranty and replacement of faulty parts.
- Technical support service - Access to support personnel during business hours.
You may extend this coverage to three or five years by purchasing extended maintenance packages -- please contact your Reseller or Managed Service Provider for additional details and ordering information.
