3X Systems relies on a channel of worldwide partners to successfully reach the SMB users for whom our products are designed. Maintaining a healthy and mutually profitable relationship with every authorized reseller of 3X Systems products remains a daily goal, and as part of that commitment we continuously seek feedback from our channel partners so that programs remain fresh, responsive, and genuinely valuable for all parties involved. Some of the more unique features of the 3X Systems program relative to the backup industry in general are highlighted below.
- Industry-leading margins. Close monitoring of industry practices combined with our on-site production efficiencies allow us to offer industry leading margins with multiple accelerators and triggers at each performance level.
- Results-oriented performance levels. We avoid the hassles of quotas and target reporting by basing margins on sales volume alone, and opening marketing and sales support access up to all levels. This incentivizes performance while keeping the door open for new channel partners to reach success more quickly with our programs than with the competition.
- Fresh Marketing Programs. 3X Systems generates leads through major events, inside sales, direct mail, regular email campaigns, Google and Bing search engine campaigns, Twitter, LinkedIn, forum postings on technology and industry sites, and through its website. Prequalified leads are forwarded to authorized channel partners in the customer's geography. Channel partners can also adopt and adapt any or all of these programs for their own use.
- Marketing Materials. We provide a variety of sales and marketing tools, such as press releases, presentations, competitive information, datasheets, white papers, testimonials, and customizable advertising templates. Additionally we offer marketing co-op dollars for pre-approved campaigns and are happy to coordinate the legwork on trade show booth components, banners, promotional items, even wearables or giveaways for qualified campaigns. We can coordinate industry-leading printing, event coordination, and promotional design services to save you even more time and effort when it comes to matching up our products with your customers and prospects.
- Flexible Not-for-Resale Units. Channel partners receive special discounts on a Remote Backup Appliance, which can be used for your own private backup as well as a testing or demo unit as needed.
- Partner Portal. Keep all the critical 3X Systems sales and marketing documents at your fingertips 24-7 and get the latest information on products, promotions, news, industry trends and more via the 3X Systems channel partner portal website.
- Sales and Technical Webinars. Interact live with 3X Systems personnel to learn the latest sales techniques and technical updates.
- Reseller Training Programs. Customized training to fit your sales and technical requirements.
- Web-based Online Demos. Use our website during sales calls to demo our products to your customers.
