"I should preface this next segment with the fact that I'm not an IT guy. I run a family owned Electrical Contracting business. I don't really have time to mess with IT on a daily basis. I occasionally dabble with this stuff only when our network vendors can't make an acceptable recommendation or when a hot potato lands in my lap.

That said, when the box arrived, I unwrapped it & followed the instructions to connect it & had Rich Keggans from their support group walk me through the setup. It took less than a half hour as I recall. The machine made the initial internal backups over the weekend. The next week, I took the box home, connected it to my home network & had Rich walk me through the firewall/network settings to allow it work offsite. It's been chugging away & sending confirmations each morning. It is far easier than the old tape system.

These guys have a really unique product. I have no problem recommending their solution to others."

"We currently are using 2 3X Systems. 1 is in House and the other is at our datacenter. I am thrilled with the box as an IT company we have tried handfuls of products before coming across the 3X. The interface is extremely easy to navigate and the logging/alerts couldn't be better. As with any product we have run into features we thought the box was lacking and made recommendations to their tech support. Little did we think they would listen and some of those very requested features were in the next update! We are currently backing up 5 servers, 4 laptops and a number of desktops and have been very happy with the process. The exchange backup is extremely easy to configure and worked like a charm."
